Another 6 days have passed since my appeal to the store, the issue is still not resolved. Appealing to the technical support of the store did not yield any results either. I didn't get my money back, I didn't get my purchase. Everything is very sad. My equipment is without paint and the store is in no hurry to solve my problem.
They canceled 2 orders 10 days ago for no reason and are not refunding my money. 1632$ is a decent amount of money and I don't understand how customers can be treated like this
