Question 1

How many hard drives can I fit in it? Also, how high can the memory go? Does the computer come with a WiFi card? If not, how hard is it to install? (I want to use this as a server with crashplan)

It's not worth being used as a server. The cpu is an older gen. So its good for basic online and office uses but nothing that requires more ram. Hard drives you can fit in 1 more I believe. Doesnt come with a power adapter, its got a wierd 4mm or 5mm plug for the power adapter like for a labtop. ALSO memory space I think is limited to what it comes with.

I game-does this have directx9+ & current video /graphics card?

I am not into gaming, but as far as I can tell from my computer specs, it does not have directx9.  I am not sure about your inquiry concerning a current video/graphics card.

The system I have has Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6310 integrated video.  Video ports:  1 VGA, 1 DVI.  Processor-AMD E-300 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics x 2.

I looked up this model of graphics card, but did not really find a conclusive answer to your question.  It is probably not the one you are interested in, but you could do a Google search for more information.

Question 3

So I was wondering if there is room for more RAM, a new GPU, and power supply. Also does the computer come with an operating system and peripherals?

There is more room for Ram, and I don't know about a new CPU if that what is what you mean by (GPU). The system comes with a licensed version of Windows 8.0, which can be upgraded to 8.1 for free.

Overall, I was not very happy with this computer. It's light and feels cheap. It uses a Laptop power supply. I was not impressed with the speed out of the box.

I have had better results with the Dell's and the HP's that sell for the same money and even less. The last one I bought was reconditioned by Microsoft, had 1T hard drive, 4 GB of Ram, and a Graphics board that supported 2 HD monitors to my surprise. This computer is a real screamer that beats out many machines that cost 2 and 3 times as much.

I would not recommend the one you are thinking of buying. They say it's a HP but I could not find anything that says HP, only a sticker that says "World Computer".

Is there an HDMI outlet?  Should be for a Pavilion right?

if you are asking if this has more than one JR45 to connect to a network, no.  this computer is so so very small and cheep, it comes with little to nothing.  Goes online and that's about it.
