How do I maximize the volume?
You can turn the volume knob on the panel to the far right. If you feel that the volume is not loud enough, you can turn the volume of the connected device, such as your cell phone, to the maximum at the same time.
Are these microphones rechargeable too?
Yes, the speaker comes with 2 wireless rechargeable microphones. You need to install the batteries in the first use, the batteries are included in the package, and then you can charge these mics using a type-C cable.
Is there a way to adjust the bass and treble?
Yes, you can separately adjust bass and treble by pressing buttons on the panel.
Why can't the player recognize the inserted drives in USB and TF Card mode?
In USB and TF Card mode, the speaker can only read MP3 files. The speaker supports up to 64GB capacity. Please make sure your device is under 64GB and the file format is MP3.
What can I do if the machine makes a high-pitched whistling sound during use?
Please keep mics away from the speaker. If this situation does not improve after staying away, please replace the batteries in the microphone with new ones.
