Cons: Memory was shipped with broken package seal. Looks like it may have been returned. One of modules turned out bad and would not let the computer boot if it was installed by itself or as part of the pair.
Pros: My build:
Intel i7-4770 CPU with stock cooler (not overclocked)
Asus Z87-Plus motherboard
32 GB of Kingston KHX16C9P1K2/16 RAM (4x8GB) - from Asus compatibility list for this motherboard
2x2TB internal hard drives - WD Caviar Black WD2002FAEX
Pioneer BDR-2208 Blu-ray drive (retail, includes software for Blu-ray playback)
Asus GTX650TIB-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST graphics card
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W power supply
This memory was on Asus compatibility list for Asus Z87-Plus motherboard - this is why I picked it. Works without any issues so far.
Pros: It's fast, responsive and reliable.
Absolutely plug-n-play. I'm using the Asrock H77 Pro4-M motherboard and all that was needed was to plug it into the slots. It booted-up and automatically recognized it as DDR 1600 without having to tweak the bios. Apps respond immediately and the machine doesn't get bogged down when I'm running several apps at once. I've been buying Kingston for 10 years with no problems so I trust that this memory will give me the same type of quality performance. This is good stuff.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: I may get another 16GB to round-out my system to 32GB.
Pros: Matches my Titan Black although I can't see it under my NH-D14.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Not much to say about the memory other than I have had no issues with it, it's very stable, never had issues with it, works fine paired with my MSI MPOWER Z87.
I do wish I bought faster memory, but that's my issue and probably wouldn't notice a difference anyways.
Pros: Kingston is reliable and performs well. I’m using this memory with the Intel DX79SRX motherboard, total ram 64GB Rock solid! Run VMware workstation and eve online.
