Why can't I get full 100W to charge or it charges my laptop slowly as I even only use one USB-C port?
An USB-C to C cable with 5A E-marker chip is needed if your laptop needs 60W plus to get fully charged. Because an ordinary USB C cable we usually used only support about 60W max transiton which cannot provide enough juice to your laptop.
Why doesn't the charger give constant power supply to all connected devices when I plug or unplug a device from it?
Because the output will be re-apportioned when you add or remove a device from the charger. The charging will be restarted. The power allocation distribution depends on the devices that have been connected and charging ports which have been occupied.
Does this charger support full charging speed to charge my Samsung Galaxy S20?
Yes,support 45W/25W for Note 10 / Note 10+/Galaxy S20/Ultra only when you using Samsung original usb c cable.
