The massage nodes feel too hard or painful on my neck. What should I do?
We use flexible nodes to mimic hands, but sensitivity varies. To reduce intensity, we recommend placing a towel between your skin and the massager or using the Velcro straps to secure it to a chair rather than leaning your full body weight against it

This product has a 2200mAh battery and takes 1.5 hours to fully charge. Once charged, it can be used for 1-1.5 hours
Why is the light flashing red and the device won't start?
A flashing red light indicates low battery or that the overheat protection has been activated. Please charge the device for 2-3 hours. If it was recently used, let it rest for 15 minutes to cool down before restarting.
Can I use this massager while it is charging?
For safety reasons, the device is designed for cordless use only and will not turn on while plugged in. Please fully charge it via the Type-C port (until the light stops flashing) before enjoying your hands-free massage.
