Will this power a Gtx 780 ?

Yes. If you look on the geforce website in the specifications for the 780 it says the card itself takes 250w. Below that it says they recommend at least a 600w power supply. Keep in mind if you have a ton of hard drives, DVD drives, other types of drives, lots of things to power, or everything else takes a large amount of power then you may want to consider a larger power supply. Otherwise you will be fine.
