How is the top going to stop dust from goin in?

It's an open-air chassis. There's nothing to 'stop' the dust from going in, but it's also very easy to clean it if need be. I have had it about a month now and I haven't had to worry about it, I installed 3 case fans on the bottom that seem to do a pretty good job with the dust and anything that settles on the top, you can just wipe away or blow off with some compressed air.

This is a limited edition case available only in red/black as seen here. However, a non-limited edition black/gold one is available on Newegg. The review model was blue aND is not available to buy.

Are the linings on the top of the case and the studs that hold the glass red? or are they black as I have seen in some other of this case.

They did make 15 in silver and blue for review websites.  500 will be made in black and red, after that thare will be no more.

Does this case support Extended ATX motherboards? (ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition.)

no, mAtx and Atx only (i would assume that m-Itx is supported as well, but using an itx board in this case just doesn't make sense, it would be like defacing a great work of art). The Asus Maximus VI Extreme or VI Formula Z87 board would be a decent alternative, or the Sabertooth X79 if you have to use the X79/89 platform.

Yes it does, it will not support server motherboards though.
