1. Can the window camera lens be rotated or moved?
No, it is a fixed-lens camera and cannot rotate. For high-position installation, our separately-sold 18° angled mount is required to achieve a better downward viewing angle.
2. Can I watch the video if I don't pay the subscription?
Subscription is optional, not mandatory. Insert a TF card to access full-length local recordings.
Without TF card and subscription, only 10-second alert clips of the past 2 days are available.
3. Is this camera wireless or wired?
It connects wirelessly via Wi-Fi for remote viewing, yet constant USB power supply is required. It has no built-in battery and requires constant USB power for 24/7 continuous recording. A 10-foot USB cable is included.
4. Can I see outside at night through glass from an apartment?
Yes, ambient light such as streetlight, porch-light or moonlight is required. INFIYA camera uses black-light full-color tech without IR LEDs. Not designed for complete pitch-black environments.
5. What Wi-Fi does this window security camera support?
Supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. For setup, connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the camera. Long-press Reset button to enter pairing mode before configuration. Please contact our support team for any connection issues.
