Anyone else only seeing 14gb VRAM on this card in task manager or intel pro graphics software suite? I have the latest drivers, tested on 2 machines, with and without ECC enabled.

Mine looks fine at 16GB in Task Manager. I received it in the first couple days after release/shipping... hope you can work this out with Intel.
So far it has worked as expected. Local LLM seem pretty snappy (though this is my 1st foray in the realm)
