does this cpu support pci-e 3.0?

Absolutely if you pair it with a motherboard that supports it. Newegg won't allow the link to be posted but Intel specs states "Up to 3.0" for PCI-E for this processor. The right motherboard is essential so research that!

I don't think these support hyper threading like the specs claim they do. Please verify that?
