It comes with pre-applied thermal paste on the heatsink, but that's it. You won't be able to use it on another cooler.

80-90mm not 100% sure, very exposed fan keeping wires tucked away from it is a must, but this CPU runs very cool, stock cooler has thermal compound on it fan never needs to run above idle, note, 20fps in Skyrim without a video card.

6th Gen. A quick look on wikipedia for LGA-1151 processors will yield whether a given cpu is 6th or 7th gen.

Re DDR4.  What is the highest speed supported?

Technically, it only officially supports DDR4-2133Mhz. That being said, it is a JDEC standard and all ram will downclock to a profile that supports that speed.

If you want to go faster, you have to overclock.

It comes with a small dome shaped fan/heatsink combo, with thermal paste pre-applied. The fan/heatsink requires no assembly other than snapping it in to place over the processor (as shown in the manual), and plugging in the fan.

No, LGA-1151 runs on DDR4.

Your motherboard requires an LGA 1150 processor. Use the newegg filter to find what you need.
