Does this support 64 bit?

Yes, this is a 64-bit CPU. It should run either 64-bit Windows or Linux just fine (I'm running 64-bit Linux on mine).

Does the Intel HD graphics on the processor support multiple monitors?  For example, if you have a motherboard that has both a DVI and D-SUB connector on-board, can you hook one monitor to each port and run dual displays?

i dont know if yu can, but why would yu, if yu want to game in the 1st place , never mind a dual monitor setup go a seperate powerful video card. it has its own built in gpu, also if yu get a good card it should connect into the psu , not just the pci  or  pci express slot or pcie . then it uses the rails from psu to drive it. takes a tremendous load off processor and noise associated with ground looping from mobo. yu will enjoy higher frame rates and be able to use 1920 x 1080p or higher monitors to get most bang out of games.   yohimey

Will this cpu work with an old EVGA P67 FTW board? The board says i7/i5 1155 sandbridge but I am hoping to go with a cheaper cpu since it is for a friend that does nothing more than check emails and watch youtube.
