Can the integrated graphics be turned off?

My understanding (and experience) has been that the CPU senses whether another video device (card) is inserted in any expansion slots and "bows out" of the picture if there is. In other words, it auto-disengages. But regardless, the video processing in the CPU won't impact your other CPU tasks (although the opposite is not true.)

Can I power this CPU with a 350W PSU?

If you're running a very basic setup (i.e. no high-end graphics card, no more than a few hard drives, etc.), yes, this can be powered by a 350w PSU.

What Games are people playing with this CPU? I'm looking to play Assassins Creed Unity, and GTA 5 for PC on Ultra/High on 1080p, would this do the trick. Thanks in advance.

Those are pretty graphics intensive games. You might be able to run them using the integrated graphics on this cpu, but you will probably need to switch to significantly lower graphics settings. I don't even think the Intel HD 5000 series could handle those games on 1080p High.

Another thing to consider is that integrated graphics use your system RAM whereas most dedicated graphics cards have their own onboard RAM. That's not a problem if you're websurfing or word processing, but your system will need more general RAM if you decide to start gaming.
