how much diffrence between this cpu and i5 4460 in graphic performance?sry for my english writing

I believe they both use the same integrated graphics core. I use my 4360 with a 760ti and it runs everything great. Some newer games or applications will run faster on the i5 due to the additional 2 cores.

I do not believe so but I am not a chip architect.

This is what I would recommend for entry level builders of workstations and personal gaming rigs on a budget though.

If you can afford it get an i5 in the latest generation, and if you really have no concerns over price, go ahead and get an i7.
