Do I need to purchase thermal paste separately for this product or does it come with thermal paste or pre-applied thermal paste?

There is thermo  paste preapplied on the included heat sink.  Install the CPU and heat sink and fan on the MOBO before installing MOBO in the case. That way you can confirm that the 4 pegs are seated properly by looking on the bottom of the MOBO and see that they are anchored.

will this work with ASUS P8H77-1 mainboard?

It will work on any Intel LGA 1150 board but you MUST update the motherboard's BIOS/UEFI to support 4th/5th generation Intel chips before you install this CPU. This means you must already have a compatible chip in place. By default an H77/87 system will not POST with this generation chip. Once updated they are fully compatible however.

Does the fan or heatsink or the thingy support a 4 pin cuz thats what my motherboard has?

Of course it does.

But it doesn't matter, even if it was a 3 pin it would work just fine. It's not like you can't use a 3-pin fan in a 4-pin socket, or vice versa. The only difference is the level of control you have over the RPM.

will this work on acer aspire atc-605-uw2t with i3-4160 cpu@3.60 ghz 3600 mhz 2 cores system?

Both the I3-4160 and the I3-4370 are both Haswell refresh CPU's so you should not have a BIOS issue. But it is impossible to be 100% without having done it due to OEM computers being made of proprietary parts. 
I can say this though, unless your CPU is dead replacing it with this will not make much of a difference. You are better off adding a GPU. I recommend a GTX 750ti, while it isn't the best out there you wont have to buy a better PSU, and it will cost around the same amount as this CPU.

No, this cpu is locked. its still fast without over clocking. I got really good over all benchmarks with this processor and an r9 270 graphics card. it gets the job done for me until I upgrade to an i7. worth it in my opinion. if you want to do some overclocking look at the pentium g3258. no hyper threading and its only 2 cores but its unlocked and half the price.

What is the difference between the pentium and i3?

The i3 has Hyper-Threading and the Pentium does not. That's the biggest difference. The i3 also supports higher clock speeds.

You will have to refer to the supported CPU list of the motherboard provided by the manufacturer. First check if the socket is the same. If it is, check what BIOS version you will need for the processor to work properly. All of this information is available from the motherboard manufacturer.

Does this CPU support 1080p?

All modern CPU's will support 1080p display. How well it handles 1080p video/games is more dependent on the GPU. The Integrated GPU on the CPU will be able to handle blue-ray's and the sort with the appropriate optical drive. Games will differ game to game. you can get exact results at various computer websites around the internet.
