Question 1

If you have a dedicated graphics card (2070 Black) does it matter if it has built in graphics processor?  You can disable that part in the bios, correct? Finding a 10600kf is almost next to impossible right now!

Chances are most cpu's you've used have had onboard gpus. Some modern gaming chips are now requiring discrete gpus, AMD is doing it too. In my experience, you're not going to see any real benefit to manually disabling the iGPU. If you're using a discrete graphics card, it's effectively doing this anyway. Some have argued it will improve stability and temps, but I haven't really seen that. Bottom line, don't worry about it. To be honest, I think it's going to be much harder to find a KF Sku in the near future compared to the K sku of this particular chip. Some sellers are reporting that they don't expect to see it until September/Fall timeframe. I personally would just buy the 10600K, even though you never plan on utilizing the onboard graphics. I'm in the same boat. If I could find a KF sku, I'd buy one. Alas, I can't and the 10600K is starting to become available...so I bought one through newegg.

does it come with a fan?

No.  I recommend the U12S from Noctua.  It is now available in all black, so you needn't worry about the old puke tan/brown that used to be the only choice.  It even beats most AIOs, which makes sense, because most AIOs are designed more for looks than function.

Question 3

In the specs under memory types the description says "DDR4 2666" does that mean that's the fastest memory this processor can handle? I thought the LGA1200 could handle much faster like 4400

The max supported memory speeds without utilizing XMP is 2666 with the 10600K. According to Intel themselves. That means that if you buy any memory that's rated over that speed and just plug it in without going into the OC/Tweaker in the bios, it's only going to run at 2666. By enabling XMP in the bios, you can take advantage of faster memory timings that are being sold from manufacturers but it depends on your ram modules as well as your motherboard. Some motherboards won't support memory tweaking. Z490 does.

Will the UHD 630 graphics power dual 4k monitors at 60Hz acceptably, for non-gaming productivity/music production/streaming purposes? Specs says they will, but integrated UHD 620 on my i7-8650U says so too, but heat and fan noise are unacceptable.

What is the difference between this i5 10600k and the i7 8700k?

Very little in the grand scheme of things. It's a 6 core, 12 thread processor with 12mb of cache, just like the 8700K. There are some key differences though. Better thermal performance due to a redesign of the IHS(heat spreader), and utilizing a thinner die. It has faster base, single core turbo and multi-core turbo boost clocks out of the box compared to the 8700K, and thus performs slightly ahead of the 8700K. It is more power hungry though, with a higher TDP of 125w versus the 95w TDP on the 8700K. Basically, it's an 8700K with better thermals and faster clock speeds, for under $300.
