It says Intel HD graphics, does this mean it comes with/is a cpu and/or gpu? Would it still work if i had my GeForce Gtx 650?
(I'm looking at putting this on an ASUS Z77-A LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard, within my Dell Inspiron 518 case, should this all work?)

Yes, this chip has gpu already. There is a slightly less expensive i5 package without the HD graphics. If you already have a graphics card you want to use the HD on the processor chip would be superfluous. It would still work, you would just be using the port off your graphics card to connect to the monitor. I don't have any knowledge on that specific mb or case. Good luck!
