Do I need a video graphics card if I buy this processor? If so, what specific one do I need?

You don't need to have a dedicated graphics card with this processor. It has the Intel 2500 graphics built in that can be used if your motherboard supports integrated graphics (which I don't think there are really any out there that don't support integrated graphics anymore). However, it isn't super powerful for graphics. If you are wanting to play a lot of games, I would buy a separate graphics card and use that instead, but for just browsing the web or setting up a dual display for just everyday sorts of tasks, it will be fine. The processor itself is a great processor though, so if you are wanting it for games, it will compliment which ever dedicated card you get very well.  If you do end up going for a dedicated card (not the processor's graphics) I would recommend the AMD Radeon HD 7950 or 7970. If you prefer the Nvidia, the GTX 660 is kind of the 7950's equivalent.

Yes it does. All boxed versions come with CPU coolers if New unless stated otherwise an example being Open Box where it may or may not come with all or any extras for that matter.

I always use the fan that comes in the box with the processor. They work just fine. I've never had an intel fan or processor fail on me but I use the included fan just to avoid any warranty problems should I ever need to contact intel and they ask if I used their fan.

Yes, if a CPU doesn't say that it's OEM then it normally will come with a heatsink. Also you can look in the "Specifications" tab and it says whether or not it does.

Hello, Does anyone know if the mobo in the link below would work with this chip? Also, I don't know a whole lot about gaming computers. I'm able to play Combat Arms online FPS with no problems. Haven't tried many other games yet, but would expect performance to be decent.

I was wondering all together about the creation of my first gaming PC. all i really want to know is if this plus, all my specs would hold good at gaming?

motherboard is the MSI Z87-G45 Gaming LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Pro

Videocard is the ASUS GTX650TIB-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

I will have 8GB of ram to start(im going to put at least 16 in)

i will use a 1Tb harddrive, and most likely will add a SSD( i will use SSD to put on what ever system i will run, most likely windows 8, and the harddrive will be all my games

i will have a 630W or 730W PSU( dont really know if i need the extra 100W)

and to sum it up i will be using a full tower with 5 preinstalled fans, the tower includes a temp module(i dont know what its for CPU monitoring i think).

really i want to know if these specs could handle games as BF 3 or KSP with maximum to high graphics.

I believe that this should be more than enough to run BF 3 on maximum settings. However, as this seems like the first time that you are building a computer, there are a few things that you should fix up and be aware of.

First, the motherboard has an LGA 1150 CPU slot. Looking at your CPU, it requires an LGA 1155 slot. Therefore, you should look for a new motherboard with an LGA 1155 CPU slot instead for physical compatibility, i.e. they won`t fit together.

Second, 8 GB of RAM is enough for high end gaming but if you are going to upgrade to 16, there is one thing you should be aware of. When purchasing more RAM, you should look to purchase the exact same type of RAM. Different types have different clock timings and would require you to go into the BIOS to correct and even then, if you mess up even slight, it could cause big problems.

Third, for the harddrive, adding an SSD is a good idea but there is one thing that you should know. Most games actually require that they be installed on your main drive, i.e. the one that your OS is installed on so that is something to be wary of. They can be stored on your secondary 1 TB drive but they would need to be installed on your main to work. Therefore, you should be careful of having sufficient space on your main drive for your games.
 
630 W should be enough and you shouldn`t really need more unless you are planning on running more drives and more video cards, etc. The tower should be fine as well.

All in all, the only problem that you currently have is with your current choice of motherboard. The others are things to be aware of in the future.

No, the MOBO you linked to is a H87 based which only uses Haswell CPU's, socket 1150.  The i5-3570 you listed is a socket 1155.

The item you are asking about (Intel Core i5...) is a processor chip, not a motherboard. RAM chips fit onto the motherboard, not onto the processor. Having said that, the "LGA 1155" in the technical description of this item tells us what sort of motherboard this processor chip must be fitted onto, and it will be the technical specification of that motherboard that determines what kind of RAM you must use. I suggest you make use of one of the computer component compatibility websites like PCPartPicker to check what goes with what, and what doesn't.
