Does this product come with thermal paste for the heat-sink and fan?

Yes.

The heatsink comes with thermal past pre-applied to the contact area.  It works fine and I had no issue, but if you need to remove the heatsink for any reason you should probably replace thermal paste.

Also because it is really a paste (as opposed to a film etc) it will pickup dirt or smudge off if you are not careful during installation.

If it is a brand new out the box and not refurbished, yes, it comes with a heatsink and fan. But, I highly recommend you get an aftermarket fan.

Yes, and the heat sink has some thermal paste applied to it already. You probably want to either scrape it off and apply your own, or even it out manually since it's not a very good spread. I tried it as is at first and the CPU started to get way too hot. Reapplied thermal paste and it works like a charm.

Does this come with an integrated sound card? or do i need to buy a separate one?

Audio controllers are integrated into the motherboard. So no, you don't need a separate sound card, unless you have some special requirement that a 3rd party sound card would offer over the integrated solution.

The CPU included a basic heat sink with attached fan. There were preapplied strips of thermal tape on the bottom of the heat sink. Assembly was simple and straight forward.

This processor comes with an integrated graphics, so I do not need to buy a graphics.  I want to play games is this what I need?

You can game with the integrated graphics on this CPU. Whether you go with integrated or add on graphics the i5-4670 is good to go. For resource intensive games you will experience better performance with add on graphics but it does a pretty good job on its own. Depending on which motherboard and graphics card you go with its also possible to combine the graphics power of both the integrated and add on graphics - taking advantage of the CPU's Quick-Sync and the power of the add-on graphics. Some versions of Lucid Logix Virtu such as the MVP version also combine the video processing power of both solutions.

It comes with a fan & heatsink.  I'm using the supplied fan & heatsink with no problems.

It does come with the standard intell CPU cooler. If you are planning on over clocking or build a super quiet system, I would recommend getting a third party cooler as the included one is pretty basic. It works well for anything else though as it is reliable and reasonably quiet.

whats the difference between this one and the Intel Core i5-4670K?

The K version of this processor has an unlocked multiplier so you can overclock it by raising the multiplier only rather than having to overclock the bus itself which can affect the system overall.

If you have no interest in overclocking, you really don't need the K version.

I was wondering if this CPU came with a stock cooler and if it did how well does it do? i plan to do heavy gaming and wanted to know if i needed to buy a aftermarket cooler

It does come with a cooler and it works well. I put a different one in mine just for general purpose but had to go back to the stock one because it covered up one of my RAM slots.
