no its a unlocked cpu meant for overclocking, they dont supply one cause you wouldnt be able to overclock with it anyway, get a 280mm AIO, ive overclocked mine to 4.8 ghz on all 6 cores, all time overclock.

well 4K Flight simulation If i had to guess mind you i don't play flight simulation but i have a 2070rtx but no 4k monitor. I would suggest a 2080rtx or same in the ti version.  Hope that helps but i would maybe look for people on youtube playing it.  They may share their PC build and possible let you know what fps they get.

No. The IGP wont get in the way of you OC'ing. I can OC to 5Ghz on all cores. Aorus Elite motherboard and EVGA platinum cert 850 watt PSU.

The Intel Core i5-9600K CPU uses an LGA 1151 (300 Serie) socket. The LGA 1156 socket is not compatible.

I have been running a I5-9600K kaby lake @ 3.7hz with zero issues. I have heard that the kaby lake is based on the same microarchitecture as the coffee Lake  chip. I would not see an issue if I were building a system with the same motherboard.
