Will it work with DDR 3000?  I am assuming I can go slower than the 3200 it is spec'd for... Thx

Yes, it will work fine with any memory rated 3200 or slower, and faster memory will be run at 3200, depending on your motherboard.

According to Intels website... this chip is 10nm... not 14nm. So which is it???

Intel started with a 10nm design, but had to convert it to a 14nm design due to a number of reasons. So, it's a 14++++++++ (ad nauseum) part

I bought mine brand new retail & I received no such thing. Not a loss to be really though. I love my CPU.
