Does this processor come with a heat sink and fan?  Specs do not say.

I did NOT receive one with this. At least I bought a corsair water cooler for it or I would've been waiting for a cooler to come in.

Does this come with an integrated CPU cooler and if so is it adequate for playing games such as PUBG and Rainbow Six Siege?

Cooler is not included. I went with the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate 360mm AIO Enthusiast Liquid Cooling System CPU Cooler CL-W007-PL12BL-A and haven't looked back! It's a closed system so you just install to the CPU and mount the radiator (fans) and you are done. Keeps this beast of a CPU nice and cool!

Question 3

Would this CPU be able to handle running two graphics cards ( 2 EVGA FTW 1080s) in SLI? The reviews that I see for this CPU go back and forth on what it can actually handle due to it only having 28 lanes instead of 40 lanes like the more expensive broadwell e chips. And also, what would you guys recommend for cooling this chip when it comes to liquid cooling? I was thinking about getting a 280mm AIO water cooler (like a Corsair 115i or something similar to that). Would that be enough? Your answers would be much appreciated!!!

This CPU will be able to handle dual GTX 1080s, but only in 8x mode for both PCI-E slots. I recommend watching the youtube video from Linus Tech Tips: "PCIe Lanes - PCIe 8x vs 16x in SLI"  which uses a previous generation of CPUs 5820 and 5830 and GTX 980s to show there is almost no performance loss in 2 card SLI at 8x PCIe speeds. There is some loss however loss in 3x, and 4x is not supported on 28 lane CPUs.

If you are only going to run 2 cards, this CPU would be a good fit, however if you ever think you will jump to 3 cards, go with the 6850K.

As far as cooling, I use this air cooler: "Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan" and I have an overclock to 4.1Ghz. My temps while gaming for hours on end never go above 60C and actually stay in the 50 - 55C range. When stress testing at 100% CPU usage for an hour my temps never go above 70 C.  Without overclock, my temps are around 40 - 50C Max. It helps to have a full size case with good air flow.

Question 4

Will windows 7 run on this processor, Intel Core i7-6800K ?  Would like to dual boot Win.7 and Win 10.

I have a non-bootable (open box) GA X99-Gaming 5P mother board.  The i7-6800K processor fits the board's socket.  Since the mother board is defective (must be returned under warranty when Gigabyte reopens next year) I haven't actually tested it, but I'm planning to reinstall Windows 7 from the older board (X58A-UD3R).  Sorry I can't be of more help until I can test it next summer.  I would expect Intel to provide a list of supported OSs for their CPUs, but I couldn't find such a list.  I assume your version of Windows 7 is for 64 bit (as mine is); I'm not sure it would support a 32 bit OS of any vintage.

would this be compatible with ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard ?

Sorry, but no this will not fit. This CPU needs a 2011-v3 socket to fit, and the motherboard you are referencing has an 1155 socket. You would need to go with a different processor to fit the motherboard, or find a new motherboard for this processor.

Question 6

I need a fan & heatsink for  this. I can't seem to find any on Newegg that does not block my Dimm Slots. The mother board I was going to use is Asrok Taichi X99. I am not 100% committed to it but its in the 200-300 price range and I am open to others. Again i need a fa/heat sink for this processor and motherboard. Any suggestions Newegg?

Is it possible to overclock this cpu to a stable 4.0Ghz using a h115i?

Yes. I'm using that exact cooler with a 4.0ghz overclock. You don't even have to raise the voltage to get it there, and the temperature never gets above 45c for me.

I built this together along with a MSI X99 SLI PLUS , Unfortunately it wouldn't boot because the bios doesn't support Broadwell-E , Did this happen to anyone else as well? And if so how did you resolve this?

I had this same issue with ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty X99X  motherboard.

I checked their site and saw that their 3.0 BiOS suppored this CPU. I then reached out to their customer support and they sent me a new BiOS chip with 3.0 installed on it to replace on my motherboard.

I'm trying to decide between the I7 6700k and the I7 6800k. I do gaming and might start doing some video rendering. Which do you think I should go with?

I got the 6800K mainly because I too do video editing. This is an easy choice. 28 lanes so u can get a graphics card (nVidia 1060 or 1070), M2 drive and still have plenty of lanes later if you want USB 3.1 or Thunderbolt.

What is the highest stable overclock anyone has achieved with this CPU?

I am currently running this processor @ an overclock of about 18%. So I am currently running @ 3.9GHz. But that's only after about 20 minutes of messing with the multiplier. And I have not really messed with anything besides the multiplier on mine. No Voltage increases or anything like that. And I'm cooling mine with a Corsair H100i GTX on an asus X99-Deluxe II. I Ran Prime95 for about 2 1/2 hours before I manually stopped it and it was stable throughout. No BSOD's or anything like that. If I do any furthur Overclocking, I will update my answer
