No, it doesn't. Intel stopped doing that awhile back, and the fans they were bundling previously weren't something you'd really want to use. If you're spending this much on a CPU, you want it cooled/protected well.

128GB.
Check the specs on the motherboard you get because that can be a limiting factor as well.
My ASRock Fatal1ty X99X Killer ATX mother board supports the full 128GB, though I'm only using 64GB myself, as 128GB is a bit overkill.
Do a google search for "intel ark i7-6900K" for the full spec sheet on this processor.

This is the older Broadwell-E which is for the X99, not the x299.

Yes, It's 8 cores with Hyper Threading so it will show up as 16 logical cores in Windows.

Sorry, no. I have a Gigabyte X99P and  I still have not been able to start the computer.

I suspect the water cooler is shorted. I'm down to minimal configuration - unplugged almost everything but that's my problem.
Everything I bought on Amazon is crap.

Will this run a server for remote desktops? Aka I would like to connect into Windows Server 2012. Not sure if the Virtualization is 100% because of the K. Anyone successfully able to run a remote desktop server?

The K just means it's unlocked (you can overclock it, with the right support from your mobo). The X on e.g. the 6950X means "extreme edition" and usually only appears on the top of the current line. 
There's no reason why this shouldn't run an RD server. Like all Broadwell it has VT-x and VT-d.

Question 9

Does this CPU support Windows BitLocker? Requires TPM (Trusted Platform Module)?  I can't find anything online that says yes or no.

Yes it does (technically) but CPU doesn't matter as a TPM will be a feature of your motherboard not your CPU.  TPMs are usually found only on enterprise or workstation boards.  Make sure to check as most "Gaming" motherboards do not have one but better ones may have a TPM expansion slot where you can add one.  Even if you don't have one on your board it is possible to use a USB as your TPM alternative.  Regardless, unless you need whole disk encryption offered by Bitlocker you may be better served by something like EFS that is also a native part of Windows.
