Is there a difference between Rev C0 and Rev D0?

Ignore the review from nicholas.  The C0 is an earlier revision of the chip (the version I own) which needs much more vcore for stability at higher frequency (my 4.0 OC needs 1.4-1.45 Vcore to run stable, where as the D0 will need less voltage for a 4.0 OC (probably less than 1.3)

If you still want to just change the motherboard, and since you seem to have a preference for MSI, here are the models that use the LGA 1366 socket:  X58A-GD45, X58A-GD65, Big Bang-XPower, X58 Pro-E USB3, X58 Pro-E, and the X58M.  All are ATX form factors except the X58M (micro-ATX).
