can i run this on a 750w power supply if the gpu requires 650w?

Accepted Answer

Power supplies do not push out wattage, they only let out what is demanded.  A low wattage power supply only means that it will burn out faster because it is working near capacity all the time.  Extra power or wattage, just means it is not working near capacity, and will last longer as it does not have to work as hard.

Question 2

I put these on auto-notify for 11/4 release, are they sold out?  I never got a notification, and not sure what time these go on sale.

I got the notification early in the morning. It said it would be available 11/04/21and I ordered it. I just got the notification that it was being shipped. But now it says sold out with no date?  Keep checking as I doubt the demand is that high like GPUs.

Ok you lucky ones who got one of these. Tell me, what cooler are you using that is compatible? I find that there is not a lot to choose from yet that come with a Socket (LGA 1700 bracket. At least none that I like all that much.

Got mine with the corsair combo, look at the mobo's that are out there. Alot of the ASUS boards have a second set of holes drilled for backwards compatibility with the 1200 mounting bracket. Or you can purchase the adapter screws from corsair, they won't RMA them to you. (I'm leaving them a 4-star review)
