no, this will run on all operating systems, including past, present and future. Processors are not dependant on operating systems, operating systems are dependant on processors.

The i9 '15900k' equivalent is essentially this model the Core Ultra 9 285K. Perhaps later on they will releae a Core Ultra 9 295K model (?) but no plans currently so it's only pure speculation. For what is launching now it's the Ultra5 245K (as the '15600k), Ultra7 265K (as the '15700k') and this Ultra9 285K (as the '15900k') equivalents.
