The Intel website says the warranty is 3 years but it only says 1 year for this item on Newegg - which is correct?

Intel warrants the NUC itself (no RAM, no SSD) for 3 years. Velztorm adds the RAM and the SSD and installs Windows 10; then warrants the entire package for 1 year.

does this come with a power supply?

Search the net for the CPU model "NUC11PAHi5" and watch a 26-minute video of un-boxing the NUC and installing Windows. The 120W power brick is shown briefly. It is larger (not quite as large as your palm with extended fingers), and has a 3-prong "mickey mouse" connector from the brick through the included cord to a localized plug for the wall outlet.
