The optane memory is not detected by the system. The SSD is detected and set up at 477GB, but the Rapid Storage and Technology app will not detect the 32GB of optane. How do I resolve this?

It depends on your motherboard. IF its not Optane Ready then it's not going to be recognized. However, you might just need to Flash your BIOS and get the Latest Revision that may resolve this issue. As a Platinum Level IPD for over 20 yrs the most common of these problems is resolved by simply updating the BIOS.... If you still need help I suggest going to Support intel com/optane
