Hyperthreading?

There is no Hyperthreading in the G3420.  Hyperthreading is in i3 and i7's. But this chip allows ddr3 memory to run at 1600. This is still a great chip for the money. The G3220 only allows ddr3 memory to run at 1333. It ranks with a PassMark - CPU Mark score of 3455. Look cpu's up at cpubenchmark.

Is it unlocked and ready to be overclocked?  If so, what are the specs of it overclocked?

This cpu only supports pci express 2.0. Is there a big difference between 2.0 and 3.0 when using a discrete 3.0 graphics card?

This chip actually does support PCI Express 3.0, check out intel's spec

This supports 1600 ram... The cheaper one only does 1333... Check intels ark for more info
