Well short answer is yes...
But technically your asking the wrong question, you really want to ask if the built in graphics will deliver decent performance when  using (YOUR) size/resolution monitor, playing your games, or rendering your software.
Tell us what your trying to do, and what your doing it ON, and we can better answer your question.
It will deliver more than needed for basic use, unless your trying to game, or run multiple large (27" plus) monitors.
Desktop games or anything run in a browser, doesnt count, as they require nothing powerful.

The cpu fan is the standard  fan on all Intel processors. If it sits to high, I would recommend buying an aftermarket low profile cooler.

Would this be a good upgrade from Intel Celeron G530 Sandy Bridge 2.4GHz LGA 1155? I'm doing heavily modded Minecraft mostly. I also have a 2 GB graphics card.

Yes its definitely an upgrade, but I'm not sure its enough to justify the cost or effort.
A 120Gb SSD for just a little more would be a much more noticeable upgrade, unless your OS is already on one.
Does Minecraft take advantage of more cores?
I doubt you'd notice much of a real difference swapping out that CPU unless you went higher end, to at least a faster quad core.

I'm planning to replace my Celeron G1610 2.6 GHz to this.
Would I gain much by doing that?
For casual gaming, running vm for coding and CAD.

You would gain a bit,  Better processor by a lot, more Speed, More L2 cache. I've always preferred a true Intel over a Celeron even when the Celeron had a higher clock speed, it is lower priced due to lower quality. It wont be up to a I5 or i7 performance boost but it should be noticeably Faster.

Before you buy a LGA 1155 motherboard, make sure you check their compatibility listing, older motherboards may need a BIOS update in order to work with some newer CPU's.

Hi, this is a big question that I need help with, I am building my first computer and don't know a whole lot about them. So these are all of the parts that I am using to build this computer, I am wondering if they are all compatible with each other or if I should get different parts. the case is a Fractal design core 1000, the optical drive is a LITE-ON DVD burner iHAS 124-14, the hard drive is a T500GB,  the motherboard is a MSI H61M-P31/W8, the CPU is a Intel Pentium BX80637G2030,  the memory is a crucial Balistix sport 4GB single NOT the low profile, though I am looking for 8GB of memory, if any one could suggest. The graphics card is a SAPPHIRE 100364L, along with windows 7 64bit. As for the power supply, I have either a Corsair CX600, or a Corsair CX600M, I don't know if they are the same but the CX600M is just modular? Thanks for the help!

What parts you need would really depend on what you are building the computer for. Are you gaming? Productivity tools like Office? The graphics card implies gaming but I won't assume that's what this machine is for :)

The parts look OK for regular usage, though I would suggest getting 8GB dual channel kit of RAM if you have the budget. Crucial 8GB (2x4GB) is a great budget kit. This has benefits all throughout the system so I highly recommend it.

If you're gaming, I'd recommend changing the CPU to a Core i3 instead. The i3 chips would be a bit more akin to a gaming environment. If you aren't gaming, then this chip is perfectly fine.

The power supply you can actually reduce if you don't plan to go dual graphics cards later on (a 430w evga might actually be perfectly fine for you, though you need to make sure it has two 6 pin PCI-E cables). The 600w you listed would give you room to grow later (say adding another graphics card).

Any CPU that is an LGA 1155 will mechanically fit into an LGA 1155 motherboard.  Check your motherboard manufacturer's CPU compatibility list to be confident that it will be fully compatible.

as long as your chipset matches. The board should support this cpu.
