Dose this come with a stock fan/heat sink? Also if it dose is it enough for someone not overclocking and only doing basic gaming aka, wow, rift ex.

It does come with the stock heatsink and fan (has thermal paste preapplied).  I would think it would be fine for basic gaming if you keep the graphics settings under control and have a graphics card.  I have used this cpu for multiple workstations that have moderate office use (no gaming) and they're very snappy with onboard graphics.

That being said, I'd still check a couple cpu review sites. And if you really intend the rig to be for gaming, I would save a little more to get into the i series processors.
