Yes it does. Though be sure that you buy it from NewEgg not a marketplace seller. The fan w/ heatsink works very well. I play ARK, and many other games while using VLC and this CPU kicks butt. It gives as much performance as my old AMD 8320

Can I use this in a z170 chipset mobo?

If your motherboard supports a LGA 1151 socket, most likely yes. You still should check which processors your motherboard supports. The chipset is not the determining factor, the socket type is.

You probably could though I wouldn't recommend it due to it not being an unlocked CPU (which is stated normally with a K at the end). This however does have hyper-threading so you are basically getting a quad core CPU for $74. Would not recommend the AMD A8-7650K even though it can be overclocked and has 4 real cores, normally (until Ryzen) the cores in the processors weren't as strong as Intel's (an Intel dual core processor was equivalent to an AMD quad core at times) so just stick with the G4500 unless you already bought a CPU.

Stupid question but does this processor come with a sticker?

Yes, it does.  The sticker is on the back of the white pamphlet containing installation instructions.  Mine says "Intel Pentium inside".  Intel calls it their "Logo Label".

good cpu for 4k video watching ?

I have to disagree with the previous answer stating that you need a discreet video for 4K video watching.  I just built a Win 7 box with this cpu and when playing a 4K mkv video encoded with x264 (14.0 Mbps bitrate) it only use about 40% cpu without any hardware acceleration turned on.  When I turn on either Intel Quicksync or DXVA2 (copy-back) the cpu usage drops to around 15%.  I was even able to get a 4K 10 bit HEVC file to play although barely.  I'm using the LAVFilters version 0.68.1.

How does the Intel HD Graphics 510 on the G4400, compare to the Intel HD Graphics 530 on the G4500 ?

There isn't much of a performance difference, but, I would recommend getting a cheap graphics card instead of using integrated graphics.
