Maybe the page is not updated frequently but so you got additional info, the cpu is great I bought it for gaming with a gtx 1050ti running everything at high to ultra settings. If someone tells you this cpu is not good for gaming dont listen but be aware that if you truly want to play at ultra 60fps 4k massive graphics well this is a little on the downside but for normal gaming casual play anything nicely you are set with this one. The specs you can find them on the intel site you should have no problems.

This processor will work just fine. I'm running Windows 10. This processor will work great for office, home desktop, HTPC, or very light gaming.

I can't be sure for this chip, but kaby lake CPUs are all supposed to be backwards compatible with Skylake motherboards. You just won't get the extra features the new kaby lake choosers on the newest z270 and other new boards. 
But you're supposed to be able to just be able to swap chips and make sure there is an update from manufacturer for the BIOS for kaby lake chips.

What's different between this and the G4260, just the speed?Would it be worth it to pay more for the G4620?

The difference between both is... minimal. The G4620 it's basically an i3 6100 now, and this CPU has 0.1 GHz less. The 10 bucks more does not look like it's worth it, although you should look for some benchmarks just in case there are more differences, just to be sure (maybe 2-5 fps in games). Just be careful with the prices. This Pentium (the G4600) is way overpriced now, intel recommends it at around $75.00 - $82.00.

No only the "K" series cpu's have unlocked multiplyers
