Could i put this on my Gigabyte H-170- gaming motherboard 3? Its is a 1151

You cannot use it on that motherboard. The socket is 1151 but it won't work because that CPU(skylake) is only for specific motherboards. I recommend to get another CPU because of the unique compatibilities. Ask an expert before you buy it. If any other question let me know.

Is this processor compatible with LGA1150 Motherboards? More specifically, MSI G55-Z87 motherboard?

No. While they have the same screw holes (which allows to use the same cooling solutions), the processors and sockets are not backwards compatible. LGA1150 has 1150 pins, where LGA1151 has one more.

What type of memory does this use?

Typically you want to match the memory to the motherboard manufacturer's recommendations, not the CPU.  That said, there's obviously a three-way relationship.  I installed two Samsung M391A2K43BB1-CPB with this CPU on a Supermicro motherboard and it worked fine.

Is the stock cooler any good? Is it loud?

The stock cooler is very quiet and perfectly adequate if you're not overclocking.  Obviously it doesn't keep the temps as cool as a good aftermarket cooler, so the life of the chip *might* be longer on a good aftermarket cooler, but unless you're overclocking, you should get years of service with the stock cooler.
