I would recommend http://m.newegg.com/Product?itemNumber=N82E16813182336 If your looking a serious build you can mount the CPU with a liquid cooler on this setup also this chip set is reccomend to the CPU's architecture. Works great with Linux raid 10 also any raid under 2 tb with windows 2012 server.

and wanted to know if it is compatible with this processor, and where I could get the right fan for it, and if I need something else?
