If not overclocking, can this be air cooled? What cooling solutions are recommended?

I think under load you'd trip thermal limits and power off. Even on stock clocks it can hit 80-90 on avx workloads on a massive water loop. I have this on a single loop w/ 2x 2080TI's and the ROG Dominus block from EK and 3x480 radiatiors. It can hit 5ghz peaking around 110 degrees with BIOS configured to allow it for benchmarks. I run daily at 4.6 and generally don't see it pass 80 degrees.

Can a mortgage be used to finance this chip?
