what are the demontions. Does it come with rack mount hardware and are all the cables included?

I'm assuming you mean dimensions. According to the manufacturer's website they are: Width17in. Height1.75in. Depth6.25in. That seems about right. (I don't have a ruler with me right now.) It comes with rack ears and screws to mount the ears but not rack screws. It does come with all the necessary cables. Installation is easy.
