Will this work on an iMac and/or Mac Mini Apple computers?

It should, yes.  I have it connected to a Mac Pro, but I only run windows on my Mac, not OSX.  I dunno about the mouse though, I use a different one.  Keep in mind that the keys have different markings, so you will need to figure out what does what (apple key, etc).  There also will not be the eject key, etc.
