Does this keyboard have a caps lock light?

Unfortunately, it does not have a CAPS LOCK or a NUM LOCK indicator. I have learned to work without these features, because I don't use this for my primary computer. I actually the IOGEARs for my three HTPCs located around the house. It also works great on my Raspberry Pi.

Does it have a Num Lock, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock indicators?

No, it doesn't have the indicators. It is confusing sometimes, but it is something I can live without. I have three different computers connected to large screen televisions throughout the house, and this is by far the best option I've found to use. I am typing this from the IOGear keyboard, sitting in my recliner about 15 to 20 feet from the receiver, and reading what I type on my television. I love these and have 4 extra sets for replacements when they wear out.

Is it compatible with a Mac Mini?

Yes, I'd imagine it is. Still, get a different keyboard. This one is trash, with some bad connection issues. Maybe that was just the keyboard I got. >:(
