The latest update they offer is 7.1.1 (Nougat), which is newer than Marshmallow but not the most up to date (Oreo). But I personally like to stick to marshmallow because I don't like to fix what is not broken.

Does the rear camera have image stabilization and good low light performance?

I haven't used the camera much, but I do not believe it has image stabilization.  It seems to have good low ling performance, but that is a subjective opinion.  I've been quite happy with the phone considering the price and how well it works. You may want to check out the manual which is available on the ZTE website.

To see if an item is available to be purchased and shipped to a particular country, go ahead and click on the flag icon at the top center of the website. Then look for the country and select it. If the item doesn't come up after making that change, go ahead and re-search what you're looking for. It may pull up results with alternative item numbers. As far as its band/frequency compatibility, I'd recommend checking with the manufacturer of the phone.

Does have NFC, but you have to use a pin with android pay, as there is no fingerprint sensor.
