Which RTX 3060 card is this. What are the specs on it, is it the 8 GB, 10GB, or 12GB? looking at the pictures it appears to advertise with the ASUS which is usually a 12GB but would love clarity.

It is a normal RTX 306, and two 8GB which would basically be 16GB if they take the advantage of dual channel ram.
