So does this unit come with vents/fans on top or not? There are 2 sets of photos, some with fans and other without.

The unit I received did not have any fans, the openings on the top are solid plates held in place with screws (tool provided in the bag with all the rack nuts) Additionally there is a bracket attached to the back that can be mounted to your wall making it super simple to hang the box. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the door is glass. It's a good solid construction, nice tight doors, side panels and the metal doesn't feel like it will crumple if you breathe on it. We ordered five of them and wound up using one as a seat so I guess it meets the seat of the pants test. The only head scratcher is that while the front door locks with the key provided, the side panels come off with the latches.
