No, not unless the total depth of your tower server is less than 30".  The door(s) will not close.  Not to mention cables that will protrude out the ends of the server which will add to the total tower depth.  If nothing else is going in the cart, you may be able to set it in there sideways, but then you wouldn't be able to mount any tower stabilization hardware to the racking system.
