I need to mount a new Dell poweredge R 530 vertically is this compatible and does in come with the correct hardware and instructions to make that happen?

I've mounted a few of these, both vertically and horizontally.  At least two I can remember on drywall and one on a fiberglass bulkhead on my boat.  As I recall it came with some anchors, but I never used them.  They might be okay for masonry.  Used toggle bolts on the drywall and regular hex bolts/nuts/washers on the fiberglass.  Also comes with several cage nuts and screws, I think M6 but don't quote me on it.  The servers I mounted in them aren't Dell, but as long as they have standard rack ears it shouldn't be a problem.  One issue I did face was the use of sliders with my gear.  Those rails would want to be mounted on both sides of a regular rack, whereas this obviously only mounts on one side.  If you just let the sliding rails dangle it might work.  If you had two of these and mounted them in perfect alignment, that should also work.  I opted to skip the sliding rails for my deployment since I don't have any expectation of regular hardware adjustments and access isn't difficult or critical, but if I were doing it again now, I'd at least try to drop the sliders in.  As for instructions, I don't recall any, but then again it's just a rack and they're kind of self-explanatory.  If there were instructions I likely just threw them out with the rest of the packaging.  If you just need to hang a server on a wall and can do extremely basic carpentry, it's a good choice.  If you need something a little more enterprise grade that looks good, maybe locks, and has solid provisions for sliding rails, you may need to upgrade to something in the $250-400 range.

It wasn't really made for that direction of torque. It would have to be for something really light and/or short. Even then it might still bend the front mounting points.
Also, the provided bolts are probably too long and would pop out of the top of the desk.
