Why is the iG500 camera not connecting for the first?
1. Ensure the battery is charged, SD card (micro SD, up to 128GB) is compatible, and both SIM card with data and SD card are correctly inserted.
2. Try pressing the Reset button. Use the provided SIM or one from T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon.
In the application selecting the connection method there is a wifi option, why can't I connect via wifi?
The iG500 trail camera is a 4G camera and can only view images via a 4G network connection; the wifi option in the app is just a feature that comes with the program, and the iG500 only supports 4G connections.
Where should I watch the videos recorded by the iG500 camera?
The iG500 camera offers local storage via the SD card and cloud storage. Switch between storage options to view your videos. Ensure you're accessing the correct storage option to view your videos.
Why can't I watch live video and use cloud storage on my iG500 camera after using it for a while?
If the red and blue lights blink alternately at 2-second intervals, it indicates a SIM card issue, usually due to insufficient data. To fix this, select a data renewal plan and allow time for the app to process the update.
