The TG-7 enhances an already impressive array of video functions with the introduction of exciting new features. Vertical video support enables seamless recording in vertical aspect ratios, ideal for vlogging and sharing on social media platforms. Interval shooting lets you capture multiple photos spaced over a predefined time span, perfect for capturing action sequences and time-lapse videos. Pro Capture mode allows you to freeze the ideal moment in an action sequence by buffering images when the shutter button is halfway pressed, preserving up to 70 images captured both before and after the shutter button is released.

The sensor features an antireflective coating on both sides of its sealing glass to reduce flaring, a common issue when shooting in snowy, dusty, or sandy conditions. The BSI design of the sensor, combined with the f/2 maximum aperture, guarantees cleaner image quality at higher ISO values. For maximum detail and control during photo editing, shoot in RAW format. The processor enables UHD 4K30p video recording and high-speed Full HD 1080p video at up to 120 fps.
