Question 1

Is this a genuine Jabra product that comes in a Jabra box? I got scammed by a Chinese knockoff wave that came in a different box and was "sourced from manufacturer and repackaged".

Hi Deven,
Mine came in original packaging from the NewEgg warehouse a few states away. There were no unusual decals such as you describe. There was a Jabra round, clear adhesive across the top flap of the plastic box. 
NewEgg's webpage has always been very reliable about telling you if some third party is filling an order (and it is a rare thing, at least on components which I buy).
I have no financial interest in NewEgg, nor Jabra. I work for my county hospital and use the Wave on-the-job in cell-permitted areas to stay in touch with my staff.

Question 2

Hi, you list this device working with iPhone 5, but I have seen several listings where it works with iPhone 6.  Is this model different or ok to use with the 6?

This works with the i6, i5, android galaxy3 and g5.  I have used it with all four of these models.  And it's really great.  It is an excellent buy.

Is it adjustable to  wear on  left side?

It sure is!  Given an option of any bluetooth headset, I ALWAYS prefer Jabra!

Id this device compatible with a Droid Maxx?

While the WAVE does exactly as it says it would and very well, I've not tried it with a Droid Maxx.  Knowing that Bluetooth technology is not OS specific, I would expect it to work on any system using the compatible Bluetooth protocol listed.  If it compares to your device, it should work. Does the Jabra wave have a blinking light when you are talking???

The light does not blink while talking (at least, not with my 60 second test to answer your question). There is a green battery LED and a blue BlueTooth LED which blink once when the call is connected, and once when you hang up. You can't see them, but if you're driving, your backseat passenger would. I do not think it would reflect in the driver's door glass, but if you were in a darkened room, you'd see the bounce from a light colored wall behind you. There may be a few extra green flashes when the battery gets low, but I don't remember that happening often. This form-factor is a HUGE improvement over the "Borg ware" from other manufacturers, IMHO.

will it work with verizen phone ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 through Verizon, and it works okay. There are some issues with it not answering the call when you also have the S-Cover, but if you open the Cover, it's good. I'm hoping there's a firmware update for the Wave in the near future.
