is this phone used one ?

Yes, the phone that I received is a used one, but you can hardly tell that it has been used at all.  The screen is not damaged and I do not see any scratches.  I bought this one recently as a Christmas gift for my daughter, so it has not been used yet (not until she unwraps it on Christmas morning).  But just by looking at it, I am satisfied with the way that it looks and the way that it was boxed and shipped.  As far as it's functionality, I do not know yet but I don't anticipate any problems.

It should work with any carrier that supports the phone, however You’ll have to get a SIM card and Get the phone Registered in store ,

I would get with your phone carrier first, then depending on their answer regarding preowned device is purchased online and if they support unlocked devices, you should be able to purchase the phone and it should work fine. I am American and I am able to use this device across any carrier of my preference. European should be OK as well , But as I mentioned get with your carrier and speak with them. I personally recommend the phone.

Probably not.  An iPhone 7 that I bought recently was packed in bubble wrap in a generic shipping box. I recently bought an iPhone 6S from another vendor in  similar packaging

Yes a charger not ear phones, I purchased from this vendor and was forced to return the phone, it was junk and didn’t work properly, it took weekend to get a response and I still have not received credit

Poor, scratchs and dents in the back, ear speaker didn’t. Work and they offered no help
