JetWay's XBLUE-N78V motherboard has its eye on the future. This Micro-ATX motherboard features a single NVIDIA GeForce 8100 chipset to support the latest Socket AM2+ Phenom quad-core processors as well as other AM2 and AM2+ CPUs, but it's also ready for the upcoming AM3 processors.
Performance is accelerated with support for Hyper Transport 3.0 technology and the 4GB of DDR2 1066 memory also has dual channel support for further performance gains. The onboard video chipset has DirectX 10 capabilities and can be augmented by a PCI Express 2.0 x16 card with ATI Hybrid SLI and Pure Video capabilities with HDMI output and support for Blu-Ray. Eight channels of HD audio make the most of any video experience.
A total of six USB 2.0 ports allows for plenty of possibilities in connecting peripheral devices and the integrated Gigabit Ethernet LAN lets you connect to other networked devices at broadband speeds without data bottlenecks. Local storage is handled by six 3Gb/s SATA connectors with the capability for multiple RAID configurations for added security and performance.
